This Personal Data Processing Policy explains how FirstCom FZCO (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data submitted through the SmartICS website.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data we process
- name, email address, telephone number, company, and job title when provided;
- message content, form selections, and information attached or entered by a user;
- the page from which a form was submitted, submission time, and technical data needed for security and abuse prevention;
- an email address provided for a news subscription.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, arrange SmartICS demonstrations, provide support, deliver requested information, manage news subscriptions, maintain website security, and comply with legal obligations. Data submitted through forms is processed on the basis of your consent and, where relevant, to take steps before entering into a contract or for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
4. Recipients
Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need the data for the purposes above, including hosting, email, technical support, and IT infrastructure providers. They are required to protect confidentiality and security. We do not sell personal data.
