The North American company previously installed SmartPTT PLUS dispatch software with MOTOTRBO™ (Capacity Max) radio communication system. In the future, it required automation of production processes, which we made with SmartICS, integrating the platform with the already deployed SmartPTT radio communication system and installing AdapTel interface adapters for remote control of equipment.
Implemented project:
758 subscriber radio stations and 17 dispatch consoles were installed and
distributed among 3 departments. In addition, individual departments required the ability to open and close gates/doors, activate road signs and turn on warning lights at sites. Our team implemented this with SmartICS and 2 AdapTel devices acting as RTU, which is used to remotely control (open/close) 16 gates/doors on site.
This solution allowed the company to reduce costs, organize an effective control and reporting system using the dispatch console, and improve the efficiency, speed and safety of the enterprise as a whole.
