SmartICS for Building Management System (BMS)

Remote control of the lighting system enables operators to control the lighting of several floors from one console. Moving to modern LED lamps along with the solution implementation, the enterprise reduces energy costs. The operation and maintenance of the huge lightning system became easier and faster, specialists do not waste time on unnecessary processes and they can perform important tasks.

The total area of a 7-floor building makes up to 25 thousand sq.m. Modernization and automation of the lighting system can help reduce costs and improve the working environment. The automation system enables the client to gather up-to-date operational information about the lightning system state, plan system maintenance and lamp replacement, set up modes and adjust the lighting of the building — all from one workplace.

The client replaced the old fluorescent lighting equipment with LED, SmartICS team has developed a lighting automation solution based on SmartICS and lighting controllers supporting DALI interface. Now the operator can control the whole system easily. The manual control is available if needed.
